A question

I'm turning 14 and i was wondering even if i can join ARMA?

While there used to be a youth program, I don't think there is one currently. I know some study groups will take those under 18 (with parental consent), but it's not universal.

So, while you may not be able to join ARMA for a few years, you could still practice, and maybe get some pointers from other members in your area or by traveling to open events.

For the best answer to this question you need to write ARMA Director John Clements (you can find his email at the bottom right corner of any page on this site). Sal's right that if you join a study group then it is up to the judgment of the study group leader, but if you are not near a study group then you will likely need a parent or guardian to join with you or provide assurance of supervision. Mr. Clements can tell you for certain once you describe your situation to him.
