For the best answer to this question you need to write ARMA Director John Clements (you can find his email at the bottom right corner of any page on this site). Sal's right that if you join a study group then it is up to the judgment of the study group leader, but if you are not near a study group then you will likely need a parent or guardian to join with you or provide assurance of supervision.
