footwork excercises

please help....needing info on where to find instruction on footwork technique. as im still by myself, detailed description is very much needed; video would be helpful as well but written instruction with diagrams would be preferred.

Although it's a very long read, if you want to understand footwork as ARMA interprets it, this article is an absolutely vital read:

Though there are no specific exercises in it, there are numerous diagrams and hundreds of images from the sources, along with three videos near the end. There is also some practical training material on footwork in our member's area (if you don't have access already, you must request it from the ARMA Director).

now, you did mention " (if you don't have access already, you must request it from the ARMA Director)." seeing as I am still a study group of one, what are the chances of this and other info being made available to me?

If you are a member of ARMA, you should be able to access member materials, regardless of your study group size. If you didn't get that information when you joined (you should have, but emails are known to get lost on occasion), email the ARMA Director to request access.
