I put up a half-dozen pictures of Casper's cool armour up on our study group's web site. Enjoy.

Wow! Nice harness, I especially like the greaves, they seem to fit really well. You might want to get yourself a mail skirt to protect your groin area, that's the first place I'd stab you

Yeah, the groin and neck are the biggest glaring weaknesses, at least when I have sabotons and gauntlets on. When I have the spare money, I'm going to get a riveted skirt and standard. Until I saw the pics I didn't know the crotch on my hose was so low, so it makes it look a lot more open than it is.

Yeah, it's an italian style harness. I have a couple of cheap german style bits that I sometimes mix and match, but that's my only complete homogenous armour.

Hey Casper,

when you get ready to start that riveted chain mail, be sure to talk to me about tools. I have made some that work quite well based on reading I have done on the web, you might want to look at them to see if something like them would fit your needs.

That's good looking stuff! It looks a bit too unlived-in though...When are you going to add the dents?!

Can't wait to see it in march.

It is, I don't get to use it much. And it's stainless
I usually use it for demonstration, it's a good way to show the true mobility, lightness and effectiveness of stereotypical armour, while I usually use a thicker, more cosmopolitan harness for any sparring when I get the opportunity.
