Ya i have watched the special features on Troy. If i remimber right been a will but that they wanted Achilles to fight very diffent lots of trusting becouse i think that it was sead that he fought like a god. they gave Hectore a more battle hardned style. I do remember seeing brad pite get hit in the head with the shaft of a spear. they also train the extras to use the sheald and spear. i remember they went though a training peraded but not sure on how long it was. lol i wish that this had spell check

Hey Allen

Did you ever get to see the film, i wish we could see how your stuff came out on the film.

Yeah I did. I actually have a DVD of it - just no way to get it on the web.
I was classically disapointed with the editing. They cut chunks of the fight out so movements and spacing dont really match up. So i feel its a poor representation of what we did. The director was very happy though and I guess that as good as I can do-- i served my purpose

In other related news -I have been chatting a bit with a director who is probably going to be shooting a Viking/ Alfred the Great film here this summer!

Just want to say that the stunts in those Hong Kong Kung Fu movies are nice, but actually quite some people in the martial art circle feel disgusting about Jackie Chan.

Don't know why, but after practising European Swordsmanship I started to get nervous about those silly moves when watching movies... hee hee.
