Hey Folk's
Well the Columbus museum of art has a few piece's of Armour from The Higgin's museum, around 50, on display and i went to have me a little look see, good stuff, it alway's fascinate's me how ingenious they were in articulating armour, they had beautiful mail shirt on display very small ring's looked as if it was made to go under the clothing as a hidden layer of protection, it was finely wrought.
My father went with me and in the course of telling him a few thing's other's had question's of weight and how they were able fight in plate armour, was a good day for dispeling some myth's.
Now i just need to drag my butt to the Frasier to see there collection from Leed's.

Speaking of mace's they had a very nice mace head on dislay it was around 18 inch's and had to be a attached to a seperate handle, with the right length handle looked as thoug it would do a good bit of damage.
