1. International Festival for Historical German Martial Arts!!

Hi everybody!

”Ochs – historische Kampfkünste e.V.” is proud to announce the “1. International Festival for Historical German Martial Arts” on 1st and 2nd of November 2003 in the northern Bavarian City of Bayreuth.

With various workshops and lectures we wish to provide a fascinating insight into a wide range of historical German Martial Arts for beginners as well as for advanced historical fencers.

Therefore the assortment is extensive:
From unarmed combat to staff; from the late 14th century to the late 16th century:
Principles, fighting techniques and background information for authentic historical fighting styles are presented by experienced teachers from Germany and other countries.

This event is meant for martial artists as well as for reenactors and everybody who is interested in the martial aspects of our historical heritage.
