I have recently rewritten some of the Wittenwiller translation which should now make it more readable:

Note that the descriptions of how to do the techniques, how to move through time and space and their purpose, etc -- such have not changed. I have changed some of the phrasing and vocabulary to make it clearer to understand. I hope such evolving is helpful.
If you need to know where I am coming from regarding certain words, then please refer to the transcription by Didier De Grenier via hyperlink in foreword, upon which I based my translation, whereby you may match the English and German. Hopefully that may further clarify.
