I liked the steel video... <img src="/forum/images/icons/ooo.gif" alt="" />

When we first started using the feather swords we were really cautious, too. There is just something about standing across from steel.

Of course now we just beat each other like dogs. <img src="/forum/images/icons/grin.gif" alt="" />

There is just something about standing across from steel.

Well, that and the fact that this was the first time I had done any ARMA sparring since I moved to Virginia for school. I definitely thrust myself straight back into the fire!

Thanks for posting those vids, Mike.

The Dussack videos aren't working for me. I'm getting 53 kb file that isn't recognized by any of my players.

I thought the longsword sparring wasn't as good overall as the clips from the last gathering y'all had.

I was really impressed though with the padded dussack sparring, those guards are really interesting, what are you studying from primarily for this training?

I couldn't get the staff vids to play.

hey Jeanry
I am using the Meyer dusack work as our learning tool.
You may recognize one of the padded dusacks as one of them was given to me by you at the last NO event. Its great and has held up to all our use. I have been meaning to order a pari of them from you with a pair of longswords. I will definatly do so in the next few months
