Visual motivation idea

Postby William Savage » Thu Feb 09, 2006 10:14 pm

I just recently changed the desktop of my Mac to a scene from the Majowski Bible. I find that every time i sit down to my computer i spend some time starring at it, and it inspires me to want to train. I know ive heard others mention keeping pictures like this for motovation. Anyways just a neat idea.

If you have the option on your computer and would like some extra motovation to get up and train, you could google some cool medieval images and have your background switch between them every minute.

Is there somewhere that you can find the images from this famous work available online, preferably in decent resolution?

I change my wallpaper about twice a week and it's almost always historical images of some sort. The Schola Gladiatoria website has some really nice images.

Neat idea. I just always had a picture of my wife on it. -Occassionally, that makes me want to train too. I'm gonna try the Maj. Bible tho' -thanks for the tip!

I look to the bruises that testify against my mistakes for visual motivation! <img src="/forum/images/icons/blush.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/icons/grin.gif" alt="" />
