The Accuracy of these swords.....

Do these swords look historically accurate? I'm mostly talking about the hand and a halfer and the light sword ( do those count as rapiers?)also the scottish weapons....

They don't look particularly accurate to me. It's hard to say for sure though as the images depicted don't really look like they're photos of actual swords. I can say with certainty that the Viking sword is pretty bad. If I were you, I'd save my money and go with Albion Armorers or Arms and Armor.

The Scottish one is ok for an entry level sharp. A little better than MRL and Hanwei. Still its a bit ugly. The weight is about where it needs to be but with baskethilts (as with any sword) thats only a part of the equation. You'd be better served getting a Darkwood or armour class. Or better yet custom made <img src="/forum/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" /> but that gets costly.

Custom- You probably couldnt do better than EB Erickson and Vince Evans
I have a custom baskethilt from Mr. Erickson and I had a fantastic experience working with him. If you ask for him on Sword Forum he'll pop up and talk about what you are intersted in. I've also never heard a bad thing about Vince Evans. He seems to be a little more busy and a little harder to get a hold up but he has lots of buddies on Sword Forum as well. Not to mention lots of clients.
