Bamboo cutting video

Postby Lance Chan » Tue Mar 04, 2003 7:28 am

I went to cut some bamboo today and this is the video. There were too many obstacles around that I could not cut with total freedom, in terms of footwork, power and follow through. I was cutting most of the bamboos in a forest on the hillside. It was rainy there and the rocks on the ground were slippery, not to mention that I was crowded by the plants around.... I could hardly find a place large enough to put a foot hold on it.

Anyway, I did some successful cuts. Check them out. 14.7mb real video file.

Hey Lance,

I'd love to see them but it's just way too long to download.

Perhaps you could shorten the clips so they load faster?

Yellow bamboo is only to be used to coat the exterior of tanks and battleships.
