Lecküchner Transcription

Postby Byron Doyle » Mon Mar 27, 2006 1:29 am

My sister Kim Doyle (Maru to those who know her) and I are getting ready to start an interpretation project on the messer according to Dürer and Lecküchner, and I was wondering if anyone has or knows where to find a good transcription of the text of Lecküchner's messer manual or just high res scans of the book failing that. For anyone who's taken a look at Lecküchner's messer manual, you know how dang hard the thing is to read because of all the nice pretty writing, and while I certainly could take a stab (a thrust?) at deciphering it, it would be nice if I had a transcription to work with. Thanks.

Thanks guys. We should be able to use both of these. Good thing they're around, too, because the more I look at it, the more I think I don't want to learn how to read curly. Of course, I probably will anyways. <img src="/forum/images/icons/grin.gif" alt="" />
