Dutch Halberds and Halberdiers

Postby Celestialnaut » Thu Dec 07, 2006 5:32 am

I'm interested in the use of halberds in the Dutch military during the Renaissance Era, as well as later on (as portrayed in the game Age of Empires III). Was there any noteworthy differences between Dutch halberds and other European nations' halberds?

Are there any pictures of Dutch halberds or halberdier units? Please post them here or direct me to them.
