Introduction

Postby Heather Gilbertson » Thu Apr 12, 2007 2:32 pm

Hey everyone,

I just set up my forum account and wanted to introduce myself. I am a complete novice with all of this but have been interested in learning for years. My husband and I have always been interested in Sword Fighting but we never knew how to go about learning. I am stilll unsure about that but we have to start somewhere, right? On that note...

I am wondering if there is anything available in the San Diego area? I am going through all of the material on the web site... there is a lot of it. If anyone has any information about the San Diego area please message me back. Thanks

Welcome! I'm pretty new here too. I can't recommend any groups down there in the San Diego area, but I am up here in Tustin, and perhaps if you guys get a group going--or just work out together--we can arrange a field trip to train together some time.

Good luck! And tell me if I can help you out with anything.

That would be great actually. There is only so much you can do on your own, at least for me. Im a active learner so actually practicing is best. Although I'm not sure if I'm doing everything right.

and even someone new knows more than me
