Why thank you! It really feels great to recieve a warm welcome and to finally be an official and recognized part of the ARMA.

For the first time in my life I feel complete and at peace with myself. I think this -western martial arts- is what I have been missing and (sub)consiously looking for all my life. It somehow feels that by picking up WMA I have awakened some deep seated ancestral memory. Hopefully many years of hard and fruitful training now lies ahead. I'm in this for life and I will direct all my energy, effort and most of my money to strive for and hopefully achieve true swordsmanship and understanding of our martial heritage.

Humble regards,

Welcome all, and especially Brian and Eric

It's good to finally see a steady growth of ARMA members here in New Jersey. I suspect there may be a few more joining very soon

Just in case Mr. Daughdrill in reading, I have a small training hall in Charlottesville. It would be great if we could get together.

I'm from the Wausau area. There are also a couple of other guys on this forum that are from Wisconsin. But alas, they too are from the Southern part of the State. In the near future we're planning a "meet and train" day. What's you're main area in interest in HEMA? Email me for more info if you'd like to know more...we don't want to clog up the forum. Hope to hear from you.
