To all members who will be needing to buy a staff at the event, New Stirling Arms will have staffs for sell at the event. The cost of the staffs will be $25.00 and it is a 6 foot, hard wood staff. Please E-mail me or NSA if you are going to get a staff from them. This will help them bring enough staffs with them. Also if you will need to get the staff shipped back to your home, e-mail me and i can give you a price on that. You will be able to give the staff to me and i will take it to UPS for you. My e-mail is cookfamily@houston.rr.com .

For all members who are making hotel reservations for the event. When you call the event hotels on the web site, make sure 1st say you are with the ARMA group. Then tell them you want the ARMA room rate of $69.00 a night ( this rate is at the comfort suites kingwood ) . This price is without taxes, so the final rate will be about $80.00 per night. You can get up too 4 people per room if you want. If any one has any problems with this, please e-mail us and i will call the hotlel to fix it.
