I have been doing Escrima for a while and have been considering giving WMA a try. Is there anyone still training/studying in the Columbus Ohio area?

Jaron Bernstein and Keith Culbertson run an excellent study group in Columbus. As an added bonus, they also train at THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY with the best facilities. Stick around - I'm sure Keith or Jaron will get on the forum and give you all the specifics.

Welcome to ARMA.

I will be in Kuwait for the rest of the year, but Keith C. is still in Columbus holding down the proverbial fort. We train Sundays and Thursdays for regular class, but that is potentially flexible depending on when people can meet. Send me an email at krovos@hotmail.com and I will pass it on to Keith.

Gene,

Any time you feel like practicing law in Ohio..... :D We would be glad to have you up here in Yankee land

I will be in Kuwait for the rest of the year, but Keith C. is still in Columbus holding down the proverbial fort. We have 5-10 people at a typical class and the price is right (free!). We train Thursdays 7 - 9 pm near the entrance of RPAC and Sundays 5 - 7 pm in RPAC.
Are you an OSU student by any chance?

Thanks guys

I'm not a student at OSU but my girlfriend and my training partner are so getting RPAC sponsorship shouldn't be too big of a deal.

I'm recovering from a mild concussion due to some hard Muay Thai sparring but I will definitely try to make it down this weekend.

If any of you can shoot me the details via E-mail at cwatson1982@gmail.com I would greately appreciate it.

Hello Channing,
welcome to ARMA and, yeah, come on out to meet us soon if you can since the quarter is ending and many will be gone for the summer. But I and Ryan will be around at least. However, I will likely prefer to practice outside more than try to use OSU's awesome stuff in summer. this Thu we will be outside RPAC at the SE entrance if weather permits, or at Jesse Owens North if not. Sun we will be in 138West at the RPAC

see you there
Keith, SA
