Hey John,
IIRC I used .032 wire diam. with some where in the nieghborhood of .125 spacing in the galvanized steel. I recomend anywhere in the .03 to .06 range for wire diam. and no greater than .25 (quarter inch) spacing. There is a column for percentage of open space in their catalog, you want to maximize this without sacrificing too much strength. So, as the spacing goes up the wire diam. has to go up too. If price isn't too much of an issue I would go with the stainless for it's greater strength. Also, I think it was a $50 minimum order so unless you have a study group or someone else to sell the excess to, you might as well go with the stainless anyway.
