I would be *very* surprised, if you were to find such a thing. We have a microfiche/microfilm copy somewhere that I used to transcribe parts of the fencing treatise for our research back in 2005. All in all, it is not the easiest thing to read and different parts were written by different people, forcing you to adapt to a new handwriting each time.
Additionally, it will not be possible to just "translate" the text. To get the possible meanings right, you'd have to put down several possible meanings for each fraction of a sentence. As there wouldn't be a large body of people interested in the remainder of the text -os opposed to the part containing the fencing lore- chances of this happening would be slim.
