Anybody studying in Oklahoma City?

Postby bblakeway » Tue Feb 07, 2012 11:30 am

Hi all,

I am wondering if any of you are currently studying in the Oklahoma City area? I used to study with the DFW group some years ago, and am looking to get back into it.

Best regards,
Brett

Brett,

Hi, we have three ARMA members currently in Oklahoma that I am aware of, one in Enid , one in Tahlequah , and myself in Mannford - between Stillwater and Tulsa. We meet here on Saturdays when we can all get together - though I would be more than happy to meet with you even if the others can't make it. We'd love to have you if you can come up sometime - it's around an hour and a half from Edmond. This weekend I have to go to Arkansas with my son-in-law, and on the 25th we will be in Texas for an MTP , but otherwise at least some of us can meet with you on just about any Saturday afternoon you'd like.

Thanks for the reply Jory!

Good to hear there is an ARMA presence in Oklahoma. I would love to meet up, although my schedule is a bit erratic hopefully I can make it out at least once a month. I'll dust off my wasters then!

Greetings Oklahoma ARMAteers,

I just moved to Tulsa and I'm looking to practice. It is my goal to get a group started here around Tulsa, but it would be great for us all to gather sometime. J. Harvey: according to Google maps you are only about 40 minutes away from me. I'll send you a PM to get the coordination going.

Great Matt, looking forward to meeting you !!! I'll send you an e-mail so if you don't get it let me know. Been a little slow around here for some time but we are starting to get some interest and have some very dedicated members who spend half a day driving back and forth to meet when they can.
