Cross Leathers/Rain Gaurds/Thumb Chappes

Postby Chris Holloman » Fri May 18, 2012 9:30 am

Hey everyone,

In reading several different ideas on these little accessories I thought it might be helpful to have a thread in which images of them could be collected. If you know of any good discussion threads that already exist on this topic, please link them here as well. I am attempting to see if there is a pattern or connection between geography or time period or climate etc. and their use.

If you have made and/or use them in your training I would love to hear about this also.

Thanks in advance.

CH

PS I am going to start this same thread in the HEMA Alliance forum

Here are some images I have already found... http://www.wiktenauer.com/wiki/Paulus_Kal#Treatise
