Cool, which book was that and which printing? I was using my archeology of weapons published in 96 according to whats inside the cover, (first published in 1960) which I bought from Amazon like maybe a year ago? What would y'all reccomend as a good all-around sourcebook for classifying period swords ... somewhere in the $10-$50 range?

Both books have been a great resource for me in my continual study of the sword.
