I just bought the book and i can't wait to get it. There was just a couple of questions i was wanting to ask.
Is really using two swords at once really possible/usable in combat/in history (I know fantasy/tv has made a lot of things up).
Does the book have any info about like the very big two-handed swords (like the german Zwei-Handers..don't worry i'm not planning on using two-handed swords...i'm a smaller guy so large swords ain't pratical for me..i'm like 5'6, and do weight training, so kind of short and bulky).
In mass meele combat (in history terms) would a thrusting sword been the best, kind of like the roman empire?
If anyone would know, i been reserching the roman army...based on their sword tatics (using a large shield, and thrusting a lot,) how would you really beat the roman army in hand to hand?
Would makes sword, consider short, long, two-handed, is is based on length, hilt, or something else?
Thanks, and God bless
