Buckler photo ID

In John Clements essay "The Sword and Buckler Tradition" what book/manuscript are these photos from--- specifically the 1st part- 4th photo down- just to the left of footnote #2. And on Part 2 - 3rd photo down- the bridge battle. It says 'a manuscript image of...' Just trying to help someone track down the source. Thanks alot!
