OK, I've got a whole bunch of questions and I figure I might as well get most of them out of the way in one post. Anyway, I'm a Youth member, turning 18 next month and ready to get serious about ARMA as an "adult" member. I've dabbled up to this point, but I want to go further now. My main interests (though they seem to be ever changing) right now are rapier and longsword. My question is, how do you make a wooden rapier? I know that woodenweapons has them, but seventy-five dollars is more than I'd like to spend. I'm trying to save for a quality replica. Any ideas there? Another query is about steel practice(blunt) rapiers. Any suggestions? Finally, if there is anyone in the Lancaster, PA area interested in practicing with a partner, PM me. And I'm definitely open to any other suggestions for practice, solo drills, etc. I'm really excited that I'll have access to the member's area soon as I'm sure there will be more helpful info. Thanks so much in advance.
