I always find moves like this in the flourysh video from ARMA, can anyone tell me what is the use of it? I really want to know more about it.

well he's starting from nebenhut, a good stance to launch counter attacks.

spinning the sword around while in vom tag probably keeps your opponent at bay as well as confuses him as to where your next strike will come from.

but that's just my opinion
