Don't know if anyone else has spotted this but I just picked up a copy of the July issue of Military History magazine when I was intruiged by an article billed as "Medieval Armor: Myth of the Cumbersome Knight". Whoope! I said, finally someone is doing it right in print! I opened it up and who should be the author but our very own John Clements. Congrats John! I got it of course, but havent been able to read through the whole thing yet but so far it's brilliant, informative and a very simple read for those who still think a knight needs a crane to hoist him into the saddle. Thanks John!
