Guys (and gals):
This topic, while interesting, is starting to move into the "whoo whoo" phase of mysticism which has nothing to do with ARMA or with ARMA's purpose.
I was going to suggest keeping it on track, but I am not even certain if keeping it on track will keep it within the bounds of this forum. It is interesting (and on point, IMHO), if we are talking about the historical reasons for naming swords, but everything else seems to be for another, non-ARMA forum. We are not interested in mysticism, religion or anything else in these areas.
So, if there is nothing else to be added re: historical reasons, then I would respectfully suggest wrapping up this thread and moving onto the other voluminous topics that are on point for ARMA discussions.
