Yes, this is the Pisani-Dossi version and the translation is much better than the version that has been floating around unofficially for years.
The complete prologue to Getty is translated and up on our website (linked below), and we are trying to decide what to do with the rest of the translation of Getty (which we finished quite some time ago) - I have quoted bits of it often on Swordforum. We may be self publishing the rest and sticking it out for sale cheaply, or we may put it online - we haven't decided.
As to the dagger masters - there are 9 Masters of techniques, and 4 Masters who represent required abilities/knowledge (disarming, dislocating and breaking arms, locks and binds, and throws/wrestling).
I will be publishing a long article about Fiore's 3 surviving books of Fior di Battaglia, and this will be published in the journal of the conference in Florence advertised here:
